I can drive good…I cannot work or multi task at all…my long term memory is good but short term memory sucks…I have 2 grown kids both making me crazy with relationship problems…I take care of my mentally ill 16 year old….my mind is always busy it only shuts down when I knock myself out with safaris….I’m a wife and a mother….that’s my focus…my story is long and scary

I guess you should take care of your mental health. Why don’t you practice yog nidra meditation ? Its available on internet everywhere.

I use to meditate when I could not control the voices….animals is where my mind always took me idk why…u are right I should start up again
