I’ve read through a few of your posts and they are excellent. My handles are depression [comes and goes plus panic attacks which also come and go]. I simply wanted to stop by and offer encouragement on the counting calories, drinking water and exercise. I’ve lost over 100 pounds while taking Seroquel and although I’m not at my goal yet, I’m not giving up. It’s been a slow process but it has worked. Some months I’ve lost more than others. I take the seroquel for my panic attacks.

Must be having different menus. I’m a vegeterian plus eat lots and lots of vegetables and legums. It changes the metabolism of the body.
